Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Journey

Sound Baths can be a gentle way to calm your nervous system into a deeper healing state. Join us to be soothed into a meditative space by the Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, and other gentle sounds.
Sound Baths can help gently put you into a deep meditative state that can reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and improve sleep. Sound Baths may also help with emotional release. The sound waves from these bowls are thought to synchronize brain wave frequencies, helping you to sink into a deep relaxation and tranquil mind. This may help to ease anxiety, manage stress, and support a balanced mood. The harmonious resonance of the crystal singing bowls can assist in a mental reset, sharpening focus and sparking your creativity.
You can get comfortable by laying on a yoga mat, sitting on a chair or meditation pillow. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, meditation pillow, or use the ones we have available.

Longer Sound Bath Journey with Qigong

Join for this longer session beginning with Qigong, a gentle slow-moving meditation. Then get comfortable for an hour sound bath. Qigong is a simple, effective system of movements beneficial to the body that can be done by anyone, no matter your age, physical abilities, or beliefs.

We will begin with some gentle Qigong movements to start to open your Qi channels. This gentle moving meditation is a simple, effective system of movements that can be done anywhere, and by anyone, no matter your age, physical abilities, or beliefs. Qigong can be done even while sitting down.

Qigong is a gentle moving meditation. Qigong is simply working with your body’s own energy, and is one of the best ways to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Qi (“chi”) means "energy" and Gong means "to work with" so simply put Qigong means working with the body's energy.
Spring Forest Qigong has been developed to be a simple, effective system of movements and meditations that can be done anywhere, and by anyone, no matter your age, physical abilities, or beliefs. Qigong helps to manage and reduce stress, heal physical and emotional pain, and enhance the quality of your life.
Come learn Spring Forest Qigong knowledge and skills that you can use to continually strengthen your health and well-being even after class. We will do some gentle movements while learning to slow down and just feel the body. Chairs are available if you need to sit during movements.
