Qigong is a gentle moving meditation. Qigong is simply working with your body’s own energy, and is one of the best ways to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Qi (“chi”) means "energy" and Gong means "to work with" so simply put Qigong means working with the body's energy.

Spring Forest Qigong has been developed to be a simple, effective system of movements and meditations that can be done anywhere, and by anyone, no matter your age, physical abilities, or beliefs. Qigong helps to manage and reduce stress, heal physical and emotional pain, and enhance the quality of your life.

Come learn Spring Forest Qigong knowledge and skills that you can use to continually strengthen your health and well-being even after class. We will do some gentle movements while learning to slow down and just feel the body. Chairs are available if you need to sit during movements.
